Below is a link to the 2024 Homeownership Application along with the instructions.  All applications are due and no later than July 31, 2024.  If you require a spanish package, please email our office at applications@lovelandhabitat.org and we will send it to you.

HOMEOWNER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND LINK TO THE APPLICATION IS BELOW: 

If you prefer to pick up the printed application package, you can do so at our office located at 108 W 29th Street, Unit D daily from 9am until 4pm.  

• If printing it, please print so that each page is printed individually (not on front and back)
• Make sure you include all of the requested items as noted on the checklist; if you don’t have the item you can write a letter of explanation.  
• Packages missing the required documentation will not be considered
•  Be sure to include a $30.00 per applicant fee with your application. 
• This is to cover a portion of the cost to pull the applicant(s) credit report.
•  Everything submitted with your application becomes our property-so please do not submit important originals-submit copies only. 
•  Please do NOT send your completed application and/or documentation via email. 
• This information is sensitive and should not be remitted electronically.
• If you have a specific question related to your situation and/or the application, you may call our office at 970-669-9769 x105 or you may make an appointment to ask questions.  We ask that you make an appointment with your questions so that we have staff available here for you. 
• If you meet the basic requirements, you will be invited to a mandatory orientation meeting to be hosted in the evening in August.  There you will learn more about the process, be able to ask more questions about the program, as well as decide if you want to move forward.

 You may drop off your completed application and required documentation at our offices from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mon-Fri.  Please make sure all of the documentation is organized in an envelope or clipped together, so that pieces aren’t lost.   The entire application process can take as long as 4 months, however, you will get updates every 30 days after submitting your completed application and required documentation.   The last day to submit your completed package is July 31, 2024.  Applications received after that date will not be considered.
